REGULAMIN POBYTU I UŻYTKOWANIA APARTAMENTÓW SPALONA SPORT

W poniższym Regulaminie używane są następujące pojęcia:

  • My – właściciele Apartamentów Spalona Sport oraz osoby upoważnione przez nas do zarządzania Apartamentami Spalona Sport,
  • Państwo – osoby dokonujące rezerwacji w Apartamencie Spalona Sport. 

Regulamin określa sposób świadczenia usług, odpowiedzialności oraz zasady Państwa przebywania w Apartamentach Spalona Sport i jest integralną częścią umowy, do której zawarcia dochodzi poprzez poprzez dokonanie rezerwacji i /albo zapłatę zadatku lub całej należności za pobyt w Apartamentach.

Rezerwując Apartament potwierdzają Państwo, że zapoznali się i akceptują warunki Regulaminu.

  
I. ZASADY POBYTU W SPALONA SPORT

  1. Goście zobowiązani są przestrzegać przepisów BHP i P.Poż. oraz postanowień Regulaminu dla bezpieczeństwa swojego, naszego oraz innych gości.
  2. Doba w Spalona Sport zaczyna się o godz. 16:00. Apartament należy opuścić do godz. 11:00.
  3. Jeśli chcą Państwo przyjechać o wcześniejszej godzinie lub zostać dłużej – można się z nami skontaktować w tej sprawie, zobaczymy, co da się zrobić.
  4. W przypadku, gdy Państwo nie pojawią się w wyznaczonym czasie (czyli między godz. 16.00 a 24.00) w Apartamencie i nie poinformują nas o spóźnieniu, rezerwacja ulega anulowaniu, a zapłacony zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.
  5. W Apartamentach nie może przebywać więcej niż: 4 osoby w Apartamencie Czerwonym i Niebieskim, 5 osób w Apartamencie Zielonym oraz 6 osób w Apartamencie Żółtym.
  6. W przypadku przekroczenia (bez naszej zgody) liczby osób deklarowanej przez Państwa podczas dokonywania rezerwacji, mamy prawo do natychmiastowego zerwania umowy z wszystkimi konsekwencjami bez konieczności zwrotu wniesionej wcześniej opłaty.
  7. W przypadku zamieszkania (bez naszej wiedzy) większej ilości osób, niż zadeklarowana podczas rezerwacji – obciążymy Państwa dodatkową opłatą w wysokości 150 zł za każdą osobę za każdą dobę.
  8. Ponoszą Państwo pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia oraz zniszczenia Apartamentu oraz przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych w Apartamencie zaistniałych podczas pobytu, czy to z winy umyślnej, czy nieumyślnej. Za usterki powstałe z Państwa winy, z winy osób znajdujących się pod Państwa opieką lub osób, które Państwa odwiedzą, będzie pobierana adekwatna rekompensata pieniężna, ustalana na podstawie cen rynkowych danych przedmiotów wraz z kosztem ich dostawy. W przypadku zniszczeń wymagających napraw, koszt naprawy zostanie ustalony w oparciu o aktualne ceny takich napraw, bądź koszt materiału plus robocizny.
  9. Ponoszą Państwo wyłączną i całkowitą odpowiedzialność za osoby przebywające w Apartamencie (w tym dzieci).
  10. W Apartamentach Spalona Sport obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu. W razie złamania zakazu, obciążymy Państwa kosztami profesjonalnego czyszczenia w wysokości 600 PLN.
  11. W apartamentach obowiązuje całkowity zakaz przebywania zwierząt. W przypadku, gdy przyjadą Państwo ze zwierzęciem, będziemy upoważnieni odmówić zameldowania Państwa w naszych apartamentach, bez zwrotu pieniędzy. Jeśli zamieszkają Państwo w apartamencie ze zwierzęciem bez naszej wiedzy – obciążymy Państwa kosztem dodatkowego profesjonalnego sprzątania w wysokości 200 zł.
  12. Niedopuszczalne jest palenie grilla na tarasie.
  13. Jeśli zauważą Państwo usterki techniczne w Apartamencie, proszę je nam zgłosić niezwłocznie. Samodzielne naprawy sprzętu będącego na wyposażeniu Apartamentów są zabronione, będą uznawane za zniszczenie. Jeżeli w czasie pobytu wystąpi jakikolwiek problem, na który możemy mieć wpływ, bardzo prosimy o jak najszybsze zgłoszenie takiego faktu.
  14. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za przejściowe niedogodności występujące u niezależnych dostawców np. czasowy brak prądu ani za niedogodności i konsekwencje spowodowane czasowym brakiem prądu.
  15. Należy używać Apartamentu zgodnie z jego właściwościami i przeznaczeniem. Nie wolno przestawiać mebli, w tym w szczególności łóżek oraz przenosić naczyń i garnków między Apartamentami. Prosimy o używanie obuwia zmiennego wewnątrz Apartamentu.
  16. W Apartamentach znajdują się czujniki temperatury, których nie wolno zdejmować, zasłaniać itp, gdyż może to spowodować ich zniszczenie lub wadliwą pracę. W szczególności prosimy, aby nie przenosić ich do innych pomieszczeń, ani nie wkładać do lodówki, gdyż nie są one połączone ze źródłem ciepła w Apartamencie, więc takie działanie nie przyniesie żadnych efektów.
  17. Wychodząc z Apartamentu należy:
    17.1. Zamknąć okna. Za szkody i zniszczenia wyrządzone przez deszcz, śnieg lub wiatr na skutek pozostawienia otwartych lub uchylonych okien (w tym okien dachowych) będą Państwo obciążeni kosztami usunięcia tych szkód, czyli np. malowania Apartamentu.
    17.2. Zamknąć drzwi. Za rzeczy pozostawione w Apartamencie nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności.
    17.3. Wyłączyć telewizor oraz przedmioty gospodarstwa domowego, zgasić światło i zakręcić krany. W przypadku drastycznie nadmiernego zużycia mediów mamy prawo obciążyć Państwa wynikającymi z tego dodatkowymi kosztami.
  18. Samochody można parkować w wyznaczonych do tego miejscach. Parking jest niestrzeżony. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za kradzież lub zniszczenie pojazdów mechanicznych lub innych rzeczy należących do Państwa.
  19. Na terenie należącym do Spalona Sport nie wolno parkować żadnych samochodów, za wyjątkiem samochodów Gości zameldowanych w apartamencie. Jeśli Państwa znajomi, którzy nie mieszkają w Spalona Sport, chcą zaparkować swój samochód na naszym terenie – wiąże się to z dodatkową opłatą za parking w wysokości 50 zł za dobę. Jeśli samochód zostanie zaparkowany bez naszej wiedzy – wiąże się to z opłatą 100 zł za noc.
  20. Cisza nocna obowiązuje w godzinach 22.00 – 7.00. W przypadku drastycznego łamania ciszy nocnej mamy prawo do natychmiastowego usunięcia Państwa z Apartamentu, bez zwrotu pieniędzy.
  21. Jeśli podczas pobytu w sposób znaczący naruszają Państwo spokój i /lub dobra sąsiadów oraz nie przestrzegają powszechnie stosowanych norm współżycia między ludźmi oraz w przypadku uzasadnionej interwencji policji – zastrzegamy sobie prawo do wypowiedzenia Państwu pobytu w Apartamencie i nie jesteśmy wówczas zobowiązani do zwrotu pieniędzy za niewykorzystany okres pobytu.
  22. W Apartamentach nie wolno urządzać imprez.
  23. Apartament należy utrzymywać oraz zwrócić w stanie zastanym, co obejmuje w szczególności pozostawienie umytych naczyń i sprzętów kuchennych przed wyjazdem, opróżnienie lodówki z żywności i pozostawienie jej w nienagannym stanie, pozostawienie otoczenia w zastanym stanie.
  24. W sytuacji awaryjnej, w której zachodzi konieczność natychmiastowego działania, zastrzegamy sobie prawo do wejścia do Apartamentu, w celu usunięcia awarii lub powstałego zdarzenia losowego lub zabezpieczenia Apartamentu przed skutkami tych zdarzeń. W razie wystąpienia takiej sytuacji niezwłocznie poinformujemy Państwa telefonicznie, sms-em lub przez komunikatory online.
  25. Wszelkie ewentualne reklamacje związane z Apartamentem należy nam zgłosić maksymalnie do 2 godzin od zameldowania – w innym wypadku, możemy ich nie uznać. Rozpatrzymy Państwa reklamację niezwłocznie, najpóźniej w terminie 14 dni, licząc od dnia zgłoszenia.
  26. W razie pozostawienia rażącego bałaganu, obciążymy Państwa opłatą za dodatkowe sprzątanie – w wysokości 200 zł.
  27. W sytuacji zabrudzenia materacy, pościeli lub ręczników uniemożliwiających ich dopranie np.: ślady po farbie do włosów, krwi, lakierze do paznokci, pasty do butów itp. zostaną Państwo obciążeni kosztem zakupu nowych.
  28. W Apartamentach Spalona Sport działa bezpłatna sieć Wi-fi. Nazwa sieci oraz hasło dostępne są w Apartamencie. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za ewentualne szkody powstałe w wyniku niestabilnego sygnału internetowego lub czasowy brak internetu.
  29. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za rzeczy wartościowe pozostawione w obiekcie, w szczególności za: środki pieniężne, biżuterię, dokumenty, elektronikę.
  30. Zgubienie lub zniszczenie kluczy wiąże się poniesieniem przez Państwa opłaty w wysokości 100 zł.
  31. Niewymeldowanie się z obiektu do godz. 11.00 bez uzgodnienia tego faktu z nami powoduje naliczenie opłaty dodatkowej w wysokości 50% ceny za ostatnią dobę.
  32. Zabronione jest ładowanie prądem z apartamentu urządzeń zewnętrznych, w szczególności samochodów elektrycznych, kamperów, rowerów elektrycznych bez uzgodnienia z nami. W przypadku ładowania w/w urządzeń z apartamentu (bez naszej wiedzy), naliczymy Państwu opłatę 100 zł za każdą dobę.
  33. W Apartamentach Spalona Sport prowadzimy monitoring w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i porządku oraz ochrony osób i mienia. Administratorem danych osobowych w rozumieniu ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych jest Piotr Greszta, Rawska 4, 53-118 Wrocław, NIP: 883 133 46 24. Dodatkowe informacje można uzyskać kierując pytanie na adres mailowy kontakt@spalonasport.pl
  34. Gościowi będącemu konsumentem (w rozumieniu art. 221 Kodeksu cywilnego) nie przysługuje prawo do odstąpienia od umowy o świadczenie usług hotelowych, o której mowa w ust. 3 (stosownie do art. 38 pkt 12 ustawy z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta, Dz.U. z 2014 r. poz. 827 z późn.zm.).

II. REZERWACJE I PŁATNOŚCI

  1. Jeśli dokonują Państwo rezerwacji Apartamentu Spalona Sport – oznacza to, że akceptują Państwo Regulamin. Akceptacja Regulaminu jest warunkiem koniecznym do dokonania rezerwacji.
  2. Apartamenty wynajmujemy na minimum 2 doby.
  3. Rezerwacji mogą Państwo dokonać: na stronie internetowej www.spalonasport.pl, mailowo pod adresem: kontakt@spalonasport.pl, bezpośrednio pod numerem telefonu +48 572 912 515 oraz za pośrednictwem portali, w których dostępna jest oferta obiektu.
  4. Rezerwacja pobytu w Apartamencie wiąże się z koniecznością zapłaty w celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji. Przyjmujemy zapłatę na dwa sposoby: 3.1. Z zadatkiem: wpłata zadatku w wysokości 10% kwoty pobytu na rachunek bankowy: 97 1140 2004 0000 3302 8176 2130 lub przez system rezerwacyjny za pomocą bramki elektronicznej Przelewy24. Pozostała należność za pobyt, pomniejszona o zadatek, płatna jest 14 dni przed przyjazdem przelewem lub przez system rezerwacyjny za pomocą bramki elektronicznej Przelewy24. W przypadku braku wpłaty pozostałej kwoty za pobyt mamy prawo anulować rezerwację i odmówić zakwaterowania Państwa. 3.2. Bezzwrotna: wpłata z góry całości kwoty za pobyt na rachunek bankowy: 97 1140 2004 0000 3302 8176 2130 przez system rezerwacyjny za pomocą bramki elektronicznej Przelewy24. Jest to oferta bezzwrotna. Brak wpłaty powoduje anulowanie rezerwacji.
  5. Rezygnacja z części pobytu, późniejszy przyjazd lub wcześniejsze opuszczenie Apartamentu, niezawinione przez nas, nie uprawnia do obniżenia ustalonej kwoty za pobyt.
  6. Całkowita rezygnacja z pobytu nie uprawnia Państwa do roszczenia zwrotu wpłaconego zadatku.
  7. Mogą Państwo przedłużyć pobyt w Spalona Sport, jeśli Apartament będzie dostępny. Proszę nas poinformować o takim zamiarze przynajmniej dzień wcześniej.
  8. Nie mogą Państwo użyczać ani podnajmować Apartamentu innym osobom. 
  9. Będziemy obecni przy wydaniu, jak i przy odebraniu kluczy do Apartamentu, chyba że uprzednio umówimy się z Państwem na inną formę wydania lub zostawienia kluczy.
  10. Apartament należy zdać w takim samym stanie czystości jaki się odebrało. Prosimy w szczególności o umycie po sobie naczyń, wyrzucenie śmieci do kubłów zbiorczych na zewnątrz domu, opróżnienie, wyłączenie i otwarcie lodówki oraz usunięcie wszelkich przedmiotów należących do Państwa. Przedmioty pozostawione w Apartamencie zostaną wyrzucone.
  11. Kroki, które należy podjąć w celu rezerwacji Apartamentu:
    11.1. Na stronie internetowej pod adresem https://spalonasport.pl/rezerwacja/ przez silnik rezerwacyjny. Mogą Państwo wybrać daty oraz liczbę osób, a następnie wybrać odpowiednią ofertę, a następnie dokonać wpłaty zgodnie z przesłanymi instrukcjami.
    11.2. Ewentualnie możliwy jest kontakt telefoniczny na nr 572 912 515 lub wysłanie zapytania e-mailem na adres: kontakt@spalonasport.pl. Niezwłocznie i nie później, niż w ciągu 24 godzin od otrzymania zapytania, odpowiemy na Państwa zapytanie i, jeśli będziemy dysponowali wolnym apartamentem, przedstawimy Państwu ofertę na pobyt w Apartamencie.
    11.3. Po otrzymaniu i zaakceptowaniu oferty mają Państwo 12 godzin na wpłatę zadatku na poczet rezerwacji lub pełnej kwoty za pobyt na konto bankowe: 97 1140 2004 0000 3302 8176 2130. Jeśli czas do Państwa przyjazdu jest krótszy niż 24 godziny – prosimy o natychmiastową wpłatę i przesłanie potwierdzenia wpłaty na adres mailowy: kontakt@spalonasport.pl
    11.4. W przypadku wpłaty zadatku – pozostałą część opłaty za pobyt prosimy dopłacić przelewem najpóźniej 14 dni przed terminem przyjazdu.
  12. Fakturę za pobyt w Apartamencie Spalona Sport prześlemy Państwu na życzenie w formie elektronicznej – na podanego maila.
  13. Jeśli zdecydują się Państwo anulować rezerwację, wpłacony zadatek pozostaje u nas.
  14. Mamy prawo do anulowania potwierdzonej rezerwacji, w terminie do 24 godzin, od momentu zaksięgowania wpłaty zadatku. Wówczas zwrócimy Państwu zadatek bezzwłocznie.
  15. Adres mailowy podany w procesie rezerwacji dołączamy do naszej bazy mailowej – po to, aby w przyszłości móc informować Państwa o promocjach, wydarzeniach i innych ofertach Spalona Sport. W każdej chwili mogą Państwo usunąć swoje dane z naszej bazy wysyłając maila na adres: kontakt@spalonasport.pl. Nie przekazujemy Państwa danych osobowych żadnym podmiotom zewnętrznym.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY AND USE OF SPALONA SPORT APARTMENTS
 
In the following Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used:

  • We – the owners of Spalona Sport Apartments and the persons authorised by us to manage Spalona Sport Apartments,
  • You – the persons making the booking at Spalona Sport Apartments. 

The Terms and Conditions define the manner of service, liability and rules for your stay at Spalona Sport Apartments and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by making a reservation and / or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for your stay at the Apartments. By booking the Apartment, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the Regulations.

  
I. RULES OF STAY IN SPALONA SPORT

  1. Guests are required to observe health, safety and fire regulations and the provisions of the Rules and Regulations for their own safety, our safety and the safety of other guests.
  2. Check-in at Spalona Sport starts at 16:00 and the flat must be vacated by 11:00.
  3. If you wish to arrive at an earlier time or stay longer – you can contact us about it, we will see what we can do.
  4. If you do not show up at the Apartment at the appointed time (i.e. between 4 p.m. and midnight) and do not inform us of your lateness, your booking is cancelled and the deposit paid is non-refundable.
  5. No more than: 4 persons in the Red (Czerwony) and Blue (Niebieski) Apartment, 5 persons in the Green (Zielony) Apartment and 6 persons in the Yellow (Żółty) Apartment are allowed.
  6. In the event that the number of persons declared by you at the time of booking is exceeded (without our consent), we have the right to terminate the contract immediately with all consequences without any refund of the previously paid fee.
  7. In the event of the accommodation (without our knowledge) of more people than declared during the reservation – we will charge you an additional fee of PLN 150 per person per night.
  8. You bear full financial responsibility for any kind of damage and destruction of the Apartment and items of equipment and technical devices in the Apartment occurring during your stay, whether through intentional or unintentional fault. For damage caused by you, by persons in your care or by persons who visit you, adequate monetary compensation will be charged, determined on the basis of the market prices of the items in question together with the cost of their delivery. In the case of damage requiring repair, the cost of repair will be based on current prices for such repairs, or the cost of material plus labour.
  9. You are solely and wholly responsible for the occupants of the Apartment (including children).
  10. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Spalona Sport Apartments. In the event of a breach of the ban, we will charge you the cost of professional cleaning in the amount of PLN 600.
  11. Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Should you arrive with a pet, we will be entitled to refuse to accommodate you in our apartment without a refund. If you stay in the apartment with an animal without our knowledge, we will charge you for the additional cost of professional cleaning in the amount of PLN 200.
  12. Barbecue on the terrace is not permitted.
  13. If you notice technical faults in the Apartment, please report them to us immediately. Self-repair of equipment in the Apartments is not allowed, it will be considered as damage. If any problem arises during your stay that we can influence, we would very much appreciate you reporting it as soon as possible.
  14. We are not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of electricity, nor for inconveniences and consequences caused by a temporary lack of electricity.
  15. You should use the Apartment in accordance with its characteristics and intended use. Do not rearrange furniture, especially beds, and do not move dishes and pots between Apartments. Please use changeable footwear inside the Apartment.
  16. There are temperature sensors in the Apartments, which must not be removed, covered, etc., as this may damage them or cause them to malfunction. In particular, please do not move them to other rooms or put them in the fridge, as they are not connected to the heat source in the Apartment, so such action will have no effect.
  17. When leaving the Apartment you should: 17.1 Close the windows. You will be charged for any damage or destruction caused by rain, snow or wind as a result of leaving windows open or ajar (including roof windows). 17.2 Lock the door. We are not responsible for items left in the Apartment. 17.3 Turn off the TV and household items, turn off the lights and turn off the taps. In the event of drastically excessive consumption of utilities, we are entitled to charge you the resulting additional costs.
  18. Cars may be parked in designated areas. The car park is unguarded. We are not liable for theft or damage to motor vehicles or other property belonging to you.
  19. No cars are allowed to park on the grounds belonging to Spalona Sport, except for the cars of Guests registered in the apartment. If your friends, who are not checked-in in Spalona Sport, wish to park their car on our premises – this involves an additional parking fee of PLN 50 per night. If the car is parked without our knowledge – this incurs a fee of PLN 100 per night.
  20. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. In case of drastic violations of the quiet hours, we have the right to remove you from the Apartment immediately, without a refund.
  21. If, during your stay, you significantly violate the peace and /or the welfare of your neighbours and do not respect the generally applicable norms of coexistence between people, and in the case of justified police intervention – we reserve the right to terminate your stay in the Apartment and we are then not obliged to refund you for the unused period of your stay.
  22. Parties are not permitted in the Apartments.
  23. The Apartment must be maintained and returned in its present condition, which includes, in particular, leaving dishes and kitchen utensils washed before leaving, emptying the fridge of food and leaving it in an impeccable condition, leaving the surroundings in their present condition.
  24. In the event of an emergency situation, where immediate action is required, we reserve the right to enter the Apartment in order to rectify the breakdown or the emergency that has arisen, or to protect the Apartment from the consequences of such events. Should such a situation arise, we will inform you immediately by phone, text message or online messaging.
  25. Any complaints you may have about the Apartment must be reported to us within a maximum of 2 hours after check-in – otherwise, we may not acknowledge them.
  26. If you leave a gross mess, we will charge you for additional cleaning – in the amount of PLN 200.
  27. If mattresses, bed linen or towels are soiled that they cannot be washed, e.g. traces of hair dye, blood, nail varnish, shoe polish, etc., you will be charged for the cost of buying new ones.
  28. There is a free Wi-fi network in the Apartments Spalona Sport. The network name and password are available in the flat. We are not responsible for any damage caused by an unstable internet signal or temporary lack of internet.
  29. We are not responsible for valuables left in the facility, in particular: cash, jewellery, documents, electronics.
  30. If your keys are lost or damaged, you will be charged a fee of PLN 100.
  31. Failure to check out of the facility by 11.00 a.m. without agreeing on this with us will result in an additional charge of 50% of the price for the last night.
  32. It is forbidden to charge external devices from the apartment, in particular electric cars, campers, electric bicycles without consulting us. In the event of charging the aforementioned devices from the flat (without our knowledge), we will charge you PLN 100 per day.
  33. At Spalona Sport Apartments we carry out monitoring in order to ensure safety and order and protection of persons and property. The administrator of the personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act is Piotr Greszta, Rawska 4, 53-118 Wrocław, NIP: 883 133 46 24.   34. A Guest who is a consumer (within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code) shall not have the right to withdraw from the hotel services contract referred to in paragraph 3 (pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).

II. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  1. If you make a reservation for Apartment Spalona Sport – this means that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Rules and Regulations is a necessary condition for making a reservation.
  2. Flats are rented for a minimum of 2 nights.
  3. Reservations can be made: on the website www.spalonasport.pl, by e-mail to kontakt@spalonasport.pl, directly by telephone on +48 572 912 515 and through portals where the facility’s offer is available.
  4. Booking a stay in a flat involves payment to guarantee the reservation. We accept payment in two ways: 3.1. With a deposit: payment of a deposit of 10% of the amount of the stay to the bank account: 97 1140 2004 0000 3302 8176 2130 or through the reservation system using the electronic gateway Przelewy24. The remaining amount due for the stay, less the deposit, is payable 14 days before arrival by bank transfer or through the booking system via the Przelewy24 electronic gateway. If the remaining amount for the stay is not paid, we have the right to cancel the reservation and refuse to accommodate you. 3.2 Non-refundable: payment in advance of the total amount for your stay to the following bank account: 97 1140 2004 0000 3302 8176 2130 via the reservation system using the Przelewy24 electronic gateway. This is a non-refundable offer. Failure to make a payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  5. The cancellation of part of the stay, a later arrival or an early departure from the flat, not caused by us, does not entitle to a reduction of the agreed amount for the stay.
  6. The total cancellation of your stay does not entitle you to claim a refund of the deposit paid.
  7. You may extend your stay at Spalona Sport if the Apartment is available. Please inform us of your intention to do so at least one day in advance.
  8. You may not lend or sublet the Apartment to others.
  9. We will be present when the keys to the Apartment are issued, as well as when the keys to the Apartment are collected, unless we make prior arrangements with you for another form of issuing or leaving the keys.
  10. You must return the Apartment in the same clean condition as you received it. In particular, please wash your dishes, dispose of rubbish in the collection buckets outside the house, empty, switch off and open the fridge and remove any items belonging to you. Items left in the Apartment will be discarded.
  11. Steps to be taken to book the Apartment: 11.1 On the website at spalonasport.pl/rezerwacja/ via the booking engine. You can select the dates and the number of persons and then choose the relevant offer and make the payment according to the instructions sent to you; 11.2 Alternatively, you may contact us by telephone at 572 912 515 or send your enquiry by e-mail to: kontakt@spalonasport.pl. We will respond to your enquiry promptly and no later than 24 hours after receiving it and, if we have a vacancy, we will provide you with an offer to stay in the flat.; 11.3 Once we have received and accepted your offer, you have 12 hours to pay the deposit for the reservation or the full amount for the stay to our bank account: 97 1140 2004 0000 3302 8176 2130. If the time before your arrival is shorter than 24 hours – please pay immediately and send the confirmation of the payment to the following e-mail address: kontakt@spalonasport.pl.; 11.4 The remaining part of the stay is to be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival.
  12. We will send you an invoice for your stay in the Apartment Spalona Sport electronically – to the e-mail address provided.
  13. If you decide to cancel your reservation, the deposit paid remains with us.
  14. We have the right to cancel your confirmed reservation, within 24 hours, from the moment we receive your deposit payment. We will then refund your deposit immediately.
  15. We include the email address you provide during the booking process in our email database – so that we can inform you of promotions, events and other Spalona Sport offers in the future. At any time you can remove your data from our database by sending an email to: kontakt@spalonasport.pl. We do not share your personal data with any third parties.
